Barclays: Overview

Barclays Bank’s National Telephony Communications Department wished to develop their internal communications activity and improve customer service levels. They approached Parallel Creative to devise an internal marketing campaign that would engage with their staff, help them to perform well and enjoy their time at work.


The Challenge

As part of the Barclays LiMME – (Lives made much easier) campaign we needed to create a number of eye-catching, interactive and fun devices that would reinforce the brand values and key messages for the banks staff.




The Solution

We designed and produced a range of communication tools including internal brand identities, brochures, leaflets, problem solving games, internal floor graphics and point of sale materials. The campaign has been rolled out across all the UK divisions and a customer service measurement matrix has shown a significant improvement.
