Teezers challenged us to develop a unique, modern and fun brand to reflect the nature of the new business. This involved developing a suite of marketing assets including: Logo Design, Website Design and Development, E-mail Template Design, Internal & External Signage & Social Media Graphics & Marketeting Collateral, eg: Menu Design, Leaflet Design, Poster Design & Business Cards.
This project needed to be turned around quickly, with the new Retro Crazy Golf venue opening within 12 weeks, the brand needed to get out there to generate a buzz, and to entice customer interest in the exciting new entertainment venue in Coventry. We were ready to accept this challenge!
After a consultation with the client to determine their needs, the team got to work. The website was given animated features to give it a fun quirky feel. These features included a moving golf ball, and an online booking system to connect with customers when they are wanting to book a round of golf. The website fits with the retro vibe that the client was aiming for.
The creative team used a bespoke font for the logo and created a sense of fun with a quirky golf-ball icon that could be used throughout the branding. The icon has been used on the website and the Teezers team even held a social media competition for it to be named. The easily recognisable icon has now been named TJ and they were able to use him as a mascot for their launch. As well as this, the logo font’s green colour was used to tie in with original golf colours.
Having worked with Leigh and Parallel for our previous projects. There was only one option for us in developing the Teezers brand from idea to concept. We trusted the team at Parallel with full creative control and they delivered within a tight time scale a brand and website we are delighted with.
